Pertee House Care started as a dream when I was just 14 years old—a dream to build something of my own, to provide quality service, and to make a real impact in my community. That dream became a reality when I launched Pertee Window Washing, my first company dedicated solely to window cleaning.

As my experience and reputation grew, so did my passion for expanding into other services. Over time, I added pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and landscaping to my offerings, evolving beyond just windows. With that growth, I knew it was time for a change—Pertee House Care was born.

My goal has always been simple: to provide top-notch service with a personal touch. At Pertee House Care, our clients are more than just names on a spreadsheet—they're our neighbors, our friends, and the reason we strive for excellence every day. Whether it's making windows shine, restoring the beauty of a home’s exterior, or keeping landscapes pristine, we take pride in every job we do.

Miles Pertee: Owner of Pertee House Care
I'm the 17-year-old owner of Pertee House Care, and ever since I started my first business at 14, I’ve been dedicated to providing top-quality service with a personal touch. But when I’m not out making homes look their best, you’ll probably find me in the sky—I’m a private pilot with a huge passion for aviation. Flying has taught me a lot about discipline, precision, and chasing dreams, all of which I bring into my work every day.

Beyond aviation, I have a wide range of hobbies, and honestly, one of my biggest hobbies is finding new ones. Whether it’s cars, motorcycles, golf, or just a peaceful hike in the woods, I’m always looking for the next adventure. I love trying new things, whether they’re thrilling or laid-back—if it sounds exciting, I’m in.

But no matter what, my business and my clients come first. I take pride in every job, not just for the satisfaction of a job well done, but because I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and making real connections.
