Pertee House Care was founded in 2021 by Miles Pertee, an Orrville native who saw a need for reliable, high-quality exterior cleaning in Wayne County and the surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
What started as a one-truck operation has grown into a trusted name across Wayne, Summit, Stark, and Medina counties — all while keeping the same hands-on approach that customers noticed from day one.
